多喝水能防病吗?没那么简单!

border-box;">津液的产生与脾胃的运化能力关系密切,那么我们就应该提升脾胃的运化能力,有积滞则消积滞,有水湿则化水湿,气虚则补气,阳虚则温阳。总之要加大脾胃运化的马力。然后适当补充水分,不要喝冰水、凉水,因为低于胃肠温度的水液都会降低脾胃的阳气,让脾胃功能受损。所以要喝温热的白水,而且最好能小口慢饮,这样才有助于脾胃更好地运化吸收。</span></p><p style="margin:
