2px;">前不久，含山县人民检察院成功办理了一起未成年被害人刑事案件，并对未成年被害人开展司法救助。案件中，该院依职权启动联合救助程序，协助被害人提交救助申请和证明材料，及时发放救助资金，切实解决被害人生活学习上的实际困难，充分发挥了司法救助“救急解困”功能。该院还坚持“一次救助、长期关怀”理念，根据被救助人家庭现况，主动对接民政部门，为被救助人提高低保补助标准，并多次回访，为困境儿童长远生活保障筑牢底盘，受到当地群众的一致好评。</span></section><section><section><section 2px;">充分发挥民事检察职能，主动服务地方经济社会发展大局，把支持农民工讨薪起诉作为一项“民心”工程，积极开展专项行动，开辟支持农民工讨薪快速通道，并探索建立协作机制，建立健全《关于建立民事支持起诉协作机制的意见》，与县人社局联合成立农民工维权工作站，努力破解支持起诉工作难题。2021年以来，共办理支持起诉案件131件136人，帮助追回农民工工资89.7万元；根据真实案件改编拍摄的专题宣传片《检察支持起诉，助农民工讨薪》社会反响良好。</span></p><p 2px;">成立由支部委员、党员业务骨干为主的“萤火虫”未检办案团队，坚持打击犯罪与保护救助并重，推深做实未成年人检察工作社会支持体系建设，建成全县首个综合性未成年人法治教育基地。团队成立以来，依法批准逮捕侵害未成年人犯罪嫌疑人17件21人，起诉23件28人；坚持教育为主、惩罚为辅，最大限度挽救涉罪未成年人，逐案开展社会调查，提升精准帮教实效，依法不起诉7人，送达《督促监护令》31份，开展家庭教育指导30余人次，促进“甩手家长”依法带娃，让家庭教育不再缺位。持续落实“一号检察建议”，建立健全未成年人保护工作机制，推动强制报告制度落地生根，开展入职查询2200余人次，开展“法治进校园”宣讲44次。</span></p><section
