style="font-size: 18px;color: rgb(142, 7, 11);">一是集采药品范围进一步扩大。</span></strong>本次集采涉及41种药品，涵盖抗感染、心脑血管疾病、消化道疾病、精神疾病等常见病、慢性病用药，还包含（友情提示：此内容违反国家规定，系统已自动屏蔽）、急抢救短缺药等重点药品，患者受益面进一步拓宽。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;color: rgb(142, 7, 11);">二是集采药品价格大幅下降。</span></strong>随着第九批中选结果按期落地，马鞍山患者将能买到更多质优价廉的药品，就医购药负担进一步降低。本次集采中选药品价格平均降幅为58%，最高单品降幅达95%。如治疗多发性骨髓瘤的来那度胺胶囊2023年5月专利到期后及时纳入集采，每粒（25mg）从均价180元降至8.94元，每月可节约药费3600元左右；再如医保“乙类”药品氟维司群注射液，以5ml：0.25g/支为例，从集采前895元/支降至中选价格255.5元/支，按每月一支用量全年为每位患者节省药费开支7600余元。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;color: rgb(142, 7, 11);">三是短缺药品和急抢救药品首次纳入集采。</span></strong>治疗心律失常的胺碘酮注射剂、用于抢救休克的多巴胺注射剂、用于催产的缩宫素注射剂等5种短缺药品和急抢救药品，通过“带量”采购方式稳定企业生产预期，实现了保障供应与合理降价的多元目标平衡。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;color: rgb(142, 7, 11);">目前共有9批374种国家集采药品在马鞍山落地实施，价格平均降幅超50%。</span></strong>我市医保部门将持续推动集采工作，督导医疗机构按时完成协议采购量，让更多群众享受医保红利，进一步减轻群众就医负担。</p></section></section></section><section
