style="">2023年7月，马鞍山市市场监管局根据举报线索，对群众网购的某“中药丸”开展调查并送检。经检验，上述药丸含有化学药品格列本脲，马鞍山市市场监管局立即将该案件线索移送马鞍山市公安机关立案侦查。经查，李某等人将购买的化学药品格列本脲片和盐酸二甲双胍片打成药粉，与山药、天花粉等混合后加工制成“中药丸”，宣称可治疗糖尿病，并通过微信销售。上述行为违反了《中华人民共和国药品管理法》第九十八条第一款规定，<strong>马鞍山</strong><strong>市市场监管局依法认定涉案药品为假药。该案共抓获犯罪嫌疑人5人，捣毁假药生产窝点和仓库7处，查获原料、成品、半成品和生产加工设备若干，涉案金额1300余万元。</strong></p><p
