2px;">含山县某银行与张某等人金融借款合同纠纷案件，虽然之前以终结本次执行程序结案，但含山县法院执行干警一直未放弃过追查线索。近日，该院执行干警在其中一名被执行人孙某的银行卡中查询到有近30万元的余额后立刻采取冻结措施。本次集中执行行动中，执行干警电话通知张某等5人若继续逃避执行，将面临被拘留的强制措施。张某等人迫于强大的执行威慑力，来到法院主动要求履行义务。经执行法官现场调解，被执行人一方当场向银行给付701525元，被冻结的30万元由法院发放至申请人，余款分期给付。<br 2px;">陈某与王某买卖合同纠纷一案，在执行过程中，被执行人王某始终处于失联状态，其名下又无可供执行的财产。为了维护申请人的合法权益，和县法院执行法官果断出击上门寻找王某，到达后发现其家中大门紧闭，敲门也无人应答。随后，在王某家附近的路口处，执行法官发现王某，遂将其拘传到法院。王某迫于执行威慑主动筹款并当场给付全部欠款3万元，案件执行完毕。</span></p><section
