leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);font-weight: bold;">二、试行节假日深谷电价</span></span></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-weight: bold;">对用电容量315千伏安及以上执行工商业两部制电价和峰谷分时电价的工业用电试行节假日深谷电价。</span>每年3天及以上节假日期间（具体时间以国家公布为准），午间11:00-15:00设置为深谷电价时段，<span textstyle="" style="font-weight: bold;">深谷电价在低谷电价基础上下浮20%。</span>各时段用电量依据《供电营业规则》规定，按照电能表时点采集数据计算。</span></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);font-weight: bold;">三、完善尖峰电价政策</span></span></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-weight: bold;">对用电容量315千伏安及以上执行工商业两部制电价和峰谷分时电价的工业用电执行尖峰电价政策。</span>每年7月15日—8月31日，期间每日20:00-22:00；每年12月15日—次年1月31日，期间每日19:00-21:00；<span textstyle="" style="font-weight: bold;">尖峰电价在高峰电价基础上上浮20%。</span></span></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><span leaf="">尖峰电价资金统筹用于保障电力需求响应、企业错峰检修、虚拟电厂调用等需求侧管理的价格补偿，符合条件的独立新型储能（含配建新型储能）调用补偿，充换电运营商根据电网需求反向放电补贴，应急跨省购电新增损益等。具体支出由省能源局会省发展改革委根据电力保供形势确定，剩余部分纳入峰谷分时电价损益统一平衡。</span></span></p><p 170);font-weight: bold;">四、建立分时电价动态调整机制</span></span></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span leaf=""><br/></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: leaf="">国网安徽省电力有限公司要结合省内电力供需形势、电源结构、电力负荷变化及系统调节能力等情况合理确定峰谷具体时段，及时向省发展改革委、省能源局报送分时电价执行情况、省内电源发展及用电负荷变化情况等，并以年度为周期提前向社会公布未来12个月峰谷时段情况。当年内可能出现供需紧张、天气异常等不确定因素，确需对已公布的峰谷时段进行调整的，经报请有关部门同意后提前1个月向社会公布。</span></span></p><p leaf="">各地发展改革部门要加强对峰谷分时电价政策的解读和宣传，指导当地电网企业做好贯彻落实工作。电网企业要及时开展计量采集设备和电费结算系统的调整工作，确保政策平稳实施。待我省电力现货市场转正式运行后，省发展改革委、省能源局将结合现货市场运行情况，适时推进顺价结算，优化相关政策措施，强化市场价格信号传导机制，推动峰谷分时电价与现货市场价格更好衔接。</span></span></p><p
